A Legacy of Support: Honoring Betty Clark Robinson
Inspiration ONE is built on faith, perseverance, and the strength of family—and one of the greatest sources of that strength is Betty Clark Robinson, Ja’Nét’s beloved mother. When the show transitioned to WFPR AM 1400 in Hammond, it entered a crucial season of growth and uncertainty. Seeing the calling on her daughter’s life, Betty stepped in with a powerful act of love and belief: she paid six months of airtime in advance, ensuring that inspirationone could continue broadcasting without interruption.

More than financial: A mother's unwavering belief
Betty’s support has always been more than financial. She is Ja’Nét’s biggest fan—the one who listens closely, offers honest critiques, celebrates every accomplishment, and applauds every step forward. She believes in the ministry, but even more, she believes in her daughter. Her encouragement has been a steady force, shaping Ja’Nét’s confidence and strengthening her voice. Even while facing her own health challenges, Betty’s faith has remained an inspiring testament to her resilience and love.

Our driving force: Loving people and encouraging one another
At inspirationone, our core motivation is simple yet profound: loving people and encouraging one another. This foundational principle guides every episode, every message, and every interaction. We believe in creating a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued, fostering a community built on genuine connection and mutual upliftment. Our team is passionate about spreading positivity and faith, inspiring listeners to live their best lives.

A proud graduate of Hammond High School, Class of 1995, she went on to study classical and opera music at Southeastern Louisiana University from 1995–1998. After stepping away from school for nearly a decade, she returned to pursue a new direction in technology, earning an Associate of Science in Computer Networking Technology from Herzing University in 2006.
Ja’Nét has built a long and dedicated career with Walmart, serving as an IT Systems Operator and celebrating 25 years of service on March 5, 2026. Her life blends faith, music, technology, and community service—each part shaping the voice she now shares with the world through Inspiration ONE.
A Family Rooted in Love and Legacy
Family is at the heart of everything Ja’Nét does. She is the mother of two children:
- Atalain Robinson
- Dustin Robinson
She is also the proud grandmother of three beautiful grandchildren:
- A’Niyla
- Keira
- Alijah
Her mother, Betty Clark Robinson, remains a powerful source of strength, encouragement, and wisdom. Betty is Ja’Nét’s biggest fan—always listening, always supporting, offering both critiques and applause. Her belief in her daughter’s calling has been unwavering, and her support has played a vital role in the growth of Inspiration ONE.
Ja’Nét’s older brother, William O. Robinson, II, was her first editor and producer. His early guidance helped shape her confidence and sharpen her delivery, laying the foundation for the broadcast ministry she would later build. Today, that legacy continues as Ja’Nét trains her son Dustin to edit and produce, passing the torch to the next generation.
